Opening on November 15
Chef Michael R. Shikany's namesake venue is nestled in Wynwood and is being dubbed a "creative culinary space." The new restaurant will feature tapas and small plates, a 24-person communal degustation table, and weekly cooking and mixology classes. Design firm rGlobe is outlining Shikany with geometric shapes, columns, and angles to create a thematic, textile-like pattern throughout. 251 N.W. 25 St., Miami

Adoré Nightclub
Opening in early December
Las Vegas nightlife impresarios Cy Waits and Cory McCormack of Ocean First Group (XS, Tryst, Rehab) are bringing their flair for the dramatic to South Beach with Adoré Nightclub. The opulent space is modeled after an abandoned cathedral, complete with antique mirrors, golden accents, and moody drapery. Adoré will also install a Funktion-One sound system, which is sure to lure in the world's biggest DJs. 2000 Collins Ave., Miami Beach

Unnamed Stephen Starr Project at PAMM
Opening in early December
When the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) opens for Art Basel in downtown Miami’s Museum Park, it will tout a restaurant from the group behind New York's Buddakan and South Florida haunts Makoto and Steak 954. PAMM has enlisted Starr to craft the cuisine for its waterfront bistro and special event and catering clientele. 1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami
