Revamped Area 31 Opens Tomorrow: Be the first to experience Area 31's new look and cuisine, courtesy of new chef Wolfgang Birk, on Wednesday, September 25. Oktoberfest at The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions: The Federal nods Oktoberfest with a new three-course dinner ($33) and German-style beer flight ($12). Diners can nosh on pretzel rolls with spiced duck fat, potato-wrapped knockwurst, and a mini-pork shank. Jazz on the Green at Peacock Garden Cafe: Live jazz will hold court on Fridays and Saturdays beginning at 7 pm at Coconut Grove's Peacock Garden Cafe starting Friday, October 4. With each new week's performance, the café will offer an optional three-course prix fixe menu for $33, which includes a glass of Pascual Toso sparkling wine. db Bistro Moderne Reprises Burger & Bordeaux: db's annual three-course burger dinner ($39) returns. Stop by for the red wine-braised short ribs and foie gras burger sandwiched inside a homemade toasted parmesan and poppy seed bun.
