Wynwood Brewing welcomes a new Tap Room this week.

The recently unveiled Wynwood Brewery is celebrating the soft opening of its tap room with limited-engagement, signature brew pourings. Come by and sample La Rubia, Pop's Porter, Wynwood IPA, and soon-to-debut seasonal brews. 565 N.W. 24th St., Miami

A northeast dance company arrives at Arsht for a two-night performance.

Friday and Saturday, Oct. 25-26
Pilobolus fuses contemporary dance, raw athleticism, and boundary-bending theatrics to create a unique performance art experience. The Connecticut-based company rolls into the Adrienne Arsht Center for two-nights only this weekend. 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, 305-949-6722
 


 

Miami Nice Jazz Festival
Gregory Porter and Jil Aigrot will open the Miami Nice Jazz Festival.

3. DO: Miami Nice Jazz Festival
Wednesday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Nov. 10
The City of Nice, France presents the Miami extension of its celebrated jazz series. Taking place at venues such as the Olympia Theater, PAX Performance Arts Exchange, and Van Dyke Café, the festival will include an opening show by Gregory Porter and Jil Aigrot's tribute to Edith Piaf.

4. SEE: "Concrete Paradise: The Miami Marine Stadium"
Daily through January 5, 2014
Just three months after receiving approval for its potential restoration, the historic Miami Marine Stadium is now the centerpiece of the Coral Gables Museum's newest exhibit, "Concrete Paradise." 5. SEE: Opening Reception for Alejandro Vigilante's "iPop: New Paintings"

Avant Gallery debuts its latest collective, featuring pieces by multi-media painter Alejandro Vigilante, as well works by satirical street artist Alec Monopoly and French photographer Guy Le Baube.
