PB Steak will transform into a retro fine-dining steakhouse on New Year’s Eve.
New Year’s Eve at PB Steak: On New Year’s Eve, the Sunset Harbour hot spot is turning back the clocks to mirror a fine-dining steakhouse of the past, complete with white tablecloths and tableside gueridon trolley service. In typical pubbelly style, the 10-item tapas-style menu ($75 per person) will include classic dishes like Maine lobster rolls and oysters Rockefeller, as well as inventive twists like Wagyu steak tartare, chopped tableside; buffalo style veal sweetbreads; and foie gras crème brûlée with blueberry marmalade and brioche toast. Brooklyn Brewery Beer Dinner at The Federal: The Brooklyn Brewery Mash tour is making its way to Miami with a multi-course beer dinner at The Federal on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. The dinner and pairing blends the culinary talents of The Federal’s chef Cesar Zapata and Aniece Meinhold, who'll use locally sourced ingredients to craft dishes like the flavorful scallop crudo with melon, radish, yucca chips, roasted poblano, and citrus gel and fresno pepper, perfectly paired with Brooklyn Sorachi Ace beer.
