Pain perdu with strawberries and cream
Tuna tartare and avocado mousse
Poached eggs le Norvegien
Much to the delight of sophisticated Sunday brunchers, Villa Azur has reprised its popular “le brunch” service. Guests can choose from á la carte options, as well as a “formule” brunch ($45), which includes appetizer, entrée, dessert, and a bottle of Moët & Chandon for two.
Entrées range from classics like pain perdu and charcuterie to luxuriously reinvented standards like scrambled eggs topped with caviar or orange blossom pancakes. As you dig in, a live instrumentalist and resident DJ will provide your brunch soundtrack. Served Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. 309 23rd St., Miami Beach, 305-763-8688
