Five-Course Dinner at The Fontainebleau

The Fontainebleau kicks off its new Cellar 1954 wine pairings supper at Scarpetta. The five-course feast will feature sips from Italy's Bertani wines. Cellar 1954 reservations are required and seats go for $295 per person. 4441 Collins Ave.,  305-674-4706;
