THE INSPIRATION
Miami has always been big on celebration, especially at the peak of the city’s social season. Let’s face it: We’re just not a low-slung-ponytail-and-black-ballet-flats kind of town. We wanted our 18th-anniversary cover to be glamorously festive in a modern, polished way, and Sofia Vergara’s charismatic beauty led us to a bevy of red-carpet looks reminiscent of Jessica Rabbit’s verve and curves. This season’s runways gave us electrifying sequins, wild prints, a bevy of crimson shades and bold brights that really pop.
