The Delano's penthouse spa space (previously known as Aqua Spa) has recently been transformed into Club Essentia, a rooftop wellness retreat to help you trim down, get zen, and look and feel your best. Co-founder and medical director Dr. Ivan Rusilko leads a team of nutritional and therapeutic specialists to offer a roster of classic spa and salon services alongside diagnostic testing, preventative care, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Eight all-white private treatment rooms dot the 3,500 square foot space.

Perfect for those who overindulged during the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, Dr. Rusilko’s integrative weight loss mapping includes in-depth physician consultations, hormonal testing, blood screenings, personalized supplement recommendations, and specified workout regimens. Patrons may also test for gluten sensitivities, allergies, and toxin levels.

Guests suffering from muscle aches and pains can alleviate their symptoms with Club Essentia's signature massages, trigger point injections, and musculoskeletal treatments.
