The September Spice
SERVES ONE

3 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
1 1/2 parts lime juice
1 part agave nectar
3 pineapple chunks
5 sprigs of cilantro
2 thin habañero pepper slices

Muddle all ingredients together and add ice. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with habañero slices.
