Stylist Danny Santiago’s passion for fashion can be seen in everything from the pages of Vogue, to the wardrobe of Sex and the City to Jennifer Lopez’s red-carpet looks. Despite his worldwide success, Santiago is rooted right here in Miami. For this past Fashion's Night Out, Santiago styled looks for the Village of Merrick Park's fall runway show. Between the fashion-fueled shenanigans at Neiman Marcus, we sat down with Santiago to talk fall trends and wardrobe advice. 

What are your favorite hues for the upcoming fall season?
DANNY SANTIAGO: Jewel tones, especially greens and reds in all shades.

Which fabrics will be big this fall?
DS: Leather, unique textures, and lace.

What’s the best way to top off an outfit?
DS: Always, a statement accessory. 

What was your favorite item from the Merrick Park Fashion's Night Out show?
DS: I loved the Juicy Couture pieces and fur pieces from Neiman's. Some are faux fur, like the one from Kristen Blake, and some are real. There is something for everyone. They’re just fun!
