The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is less than two weeks away, and to start the celebration early, Hennessy national bartender Jordan Bushell is sharing recipes for the cocktails he’ll be whipping up at Moët Hennessy's The Q with Paula Dean and Q After Dark party with Curtis Stone (February 21). The Q will serve up the best barbecue from across the country, with more than 40 pitmasters firing up their grills and smokers.
The Sports Legend
1 1/2 ounces Hennessy V.S
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
Add ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Lemon wedge garnish.
2 ounces Belvedere Vodka
3/4 ounce fresh lemon Juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Lemon wedge garnish.
1 1/2 ounces Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
3 ounces cranberry juice
squeezed fresh lime
Build the ingredients in a Boston shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Lemon wedge garnish.
Light & Stormy
2 ounces 10 Cane Rum
4 ounces of ginger beer or ginger ale
1/2 ounce lime juice
Build in a highball glass over cubed ice. Lime wedge garnish.
