Special Six-Course Dinner at Sugarcane

Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill's popular Dinner with Friends series continues next Monday (Sept. 24, 7:30 p.m.) with China Grill Management's Terry Zarikian as guest of honor. For the occasion, Sugarcane chef Timon Balloo will serve up a six-course feast of dark cherry gazpacho, duck breast with apple confit, roasted rack of lamb and eggplant, and more, with wine pairings.
Balloo created the series to encourage a creative exchange between patrons and his industry colleagues. “This dinner series gives us an opportunity to befriend our loyal guests. It’s unique in that it encourages constant interaction with the diners, whether it's asking questions or sharing food stories," explains Balloo.
