We recommend sitting down for a dangerously smooth White Cosmo at db Bistro Moderne. The downtown Miami restaurant puts a chic twist on this classic cocktail with white cranberry juice and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, as well as a frozen orchid garnish. You can sip the drink at db Bistro, or whip it up at home with this recipe.

White Cosmo
SERVES ONE

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce white cranberry juice
1 orchid or other edible flower  

Add liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass with ice ball garnish.

Garnish: The ice ball with orchid garnish must be frozen in advance. Place the orchid or edible flower in the center of an ice ball mold and freeze.
