The Rusty Pelican will reprise its signature brunch this Saturday (June 16) with a new à la carte menu and handcrafted cocktails. Highlights include clever twists on traditional brunch dishes, like crab cake Benedict, duck confit bacon hash, and banana cinnamon French toast. Also available are the Pelican’s popular small plates and sandwiches. Rather than the typical bottomless mimosas, the eatery offers handcrafted cocktails, like Virginia Key Punch made with two types of rum, Coco Lopez, and fresh orange and pineapple juices.
