Following dinner, Japanese drummers will lead guests into a waterfront terrace lounge (modeled after Harajuku’s enchanting roadway passages), where London-based DJ Craig Dunn will put the party in gear for a spectacular riverside firework display and a dramatic balloon drop at the stroke of midnight. Dinner reservations range from $225 to $325 per person, depending on seating time.
