Hemingway's Mistress is a sweet daiquiri served with a sugar lipstick
The Bazaar's culinary chops may be the center of Miami's attention, but its quirky cocktails should not be overlooked. José Andrés and his team have cleverly updated classic cocktails while introducing flavorful new signatures and nodding to Miami’s melting pot culture.
The Bazaar's twist on the classic Cuba Libre ($16) dons Mexican Coca-Cola and El Dorado premium aged rum with a cinnamon stick and lemon garnish. The popular Hemingway's Mistress ($16) is a modern daiquiri served with a fun sugar lipstick tube alongside. (Much better than the traditional sugared rim, if you ask us.) We'd especially suggest the Hemingway drink today, on National Daiquiri Day. These lively libations can be enjoyed during dinner or at the hotel's Bar Centro. SLS Hotel, 1701 Collins Ave., Miami Beach
