Many a lazy afternoon or scintillating evening has been whiled away at the Delano’s Blue Door restaurant, where the gorgeous clientele, iconic design and refined menu of chef Claude Troisgros combine to create an indulgent trifecta. Now, for the first time since opening 15 years ago, the décor and cuisine have been given a fresh twist: Expect blue, silver and steel accents—a nod to the nearby Atlantic—to complement Troisgros’ crispy panko calamari, Dover sole and Brazilian caramel pudim de leite, among other new offerings. Revisiting an old favorite has never tasted so good.
