It’s October, which means it’s time for our annual Men’s Issue.
And what man doesn’t love a fast car? To that end, we have a beautiful feature story detailing The Collection’s highly anticipated debut of McLaren’s new exotic supercar, the MP4-12C. The South Florida luxury auto showroom is one of only nine exclusive US locations chosen to feature this impressive beast.
We’re also throwing an amazing men’s event this month, to bring the pages of our issue to life—think tech toys, cars, fashion and much more. The details are in the works. Check out oceandrive.com so you don’t miss the party!
October also signifies the start of charity season. One of the first events kicks off with a night that’s very dear to our hearts, the Saks Fifth Avenue Key to the Cure shopping event at Bal Harbour Shops, on October 19. All proceeds will benefit local and national women’s cancer charities. To keep it tasty, 20 of Miami’s top restaurants are also on board to support this important cause.
While the rest of the country commemorates Hispanic heritage only one month out of the year, Miami lives and celebrates Latin culture year round. Fittingly, Miami’s own Billboard chart topper, Enrique Iglesias, is on our cover, and represents the quintessential Ocean Drive man. Finally, we’re excited to announce our partnership with the social media travel site gogobot.com, which features not only travel information, but also thousands of personal vacation reviews from around the world. I’m looking forward to seeing you around town this fall season.
