This Friday through Sunday, Brickell's second annual Oktoberfest will bring prost-worthy German beers, authentic German and Austrian fare, and revelry to Miami Circle. Anchoring the weekend event is an exclusive, three-course Brickell Bier Garden Experience pop-up restaurant, presided over by New York chef Wolfgang Ban (Edi & the Wolf, Seäsonal).

With pairings by the Radeberger Gruppe, Ban’s locally sourced menu will include a succulent pork belly with heirloom tomatoes, his signature wiener schnitzel, and a pillowy caramelized pancake with apples and Bavarian cream. "Beer is a little more of a rustic beverage, so I think well-executed, rustic dishes go really well with it," said Ban of the menu and pairings. "Something with a good fat content, like a sausage, something not too dry, I think is best."

Ban will also oversee passed nibbles in the VIP tent. The small bites will be refined without being “too fancy,” says Ban. "Ultimately it’s about giving people the foods they love to eat during Oktoberfest." Tickets for the three-course dinner begin at $55 and can be purchased online. VIP passes begin at $100 per day. General admission is $10 in advance and $15 at the door. 401 Brickell Ave., Miami
