Leaves town for… “Barcelona. I love its picture-perfect views, the greatest tapas ever and so much history to discover. Its location is one of the best in the Mediterranean—it’s just a two-hour drive to Sant Pol de Mar, one of the most charming villages along the Costa Brava Riviera, 30 minutes away from the seaside town of Sitges and a ferry ride from Ibiza.”
Comes back for… “Miami’s perfect mix of cultures, flavors and events. You can go to the beach early, to a Carlos Cruz-Díez exhibition in the afternoon and then dance the night away in the hippest club… all while wearing your Havaianas!”
Latest Miami infatuation: “The lobster paella at Fifi’s Place—truly one of the best seafood restaurants on the Beach. And I can’t leave out the cheese pastelitos at Panna Cafe in North Beach: They melt in your mouth while you are still debating whether to order more.”
Words of wisdom: “‘This too shall pass.’ Enjoy every moment and don’t worry too much about your problems, as a moment after, everything will look brighter.”
