On a recent trip to England, Alexandra joined a hunting party and—to the surprise of friends, family and herself—actually enjoyed it. “I love experiencing new cultures and customs to more deeply understand the world.”

Of Cuban, Peruvian and German descent, this 24-year-old’s interests lean simultaneously toward fashion and real estate. She’s project manager at the Epic Residences, where her daily tasks include facilitating sales and helping agents close deals.

When it comes to fashion, she considers Grace Kelly a big inspiration. “Besides the obvious blonde hair, my style is quite similar to hers,” she says. “Her look was timeless and versatile. I buy my clothing and accessories with those thoughts in mind.”
