Although 26-year-old Carla thrives as the company’s director of international sales and marketing, this overachiever reveals a love of interior design, which she says “goes hand-in-hand with real estate.”

The Argentine-born beauty travels frequently to her homeland and tropical locales like the Bahamas with her family and her fiancé, but her real obsession? “My mom! She has given me the best life I could have ever asked for. Without her, I’d be lost.”
