Meat Market is celebrating Father's Day with a special serving the Durham Ranch American 16-ounce Buffalo wood-grilled rib eye with Meat Market chipotle seasoning, roasted mushrooms, and fried Brussels sprout salad ($55). Chef and co-owner Sean Brasel also recommends going for the popular Durham Ranch buffalo tenderloin steak with a chili and espresso rub and bittersweet chocolate mole butter. 915 Lincoln Road, South Beach, 305-532-0088

A hotspot since the '60s, The Forge combines two things all dads love: killer steaks and great wines, a total of 750 selections to be exact. Michelin-starred chef Christopher Lee's popular 16-ounce dry aged prime New York strip "super steak" was named "Best Steak in America" by Wine Spectator. Father's Day marks the kickoff of the restaurant's new Prime Rib Sunday ($39 per person), which features a different prime rib dish accompanied by a popover every week. For Father's Day only, a glass of select wine, beer, or cognac will also be served with the meal. 432 41st St., Miami Beach, 305-538-8533

Dinner with a view? On the the rooftop terrace at EDGE Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Miami, dad can enjoy city vistas and farm-to-table fare using herbs from the restaurant's own garden. The Brickell restaurant also boasts a 24-ounce bone-in tomahawk steak ($49), which can only be improved upon by a pour of your choice of classic Béarnaise or tamarind barbecue sauce. 1435 Brickell Ave., Miami, 305-381-3037

Located in the historic Brown's Hotel, Prime 112 has all of the ingredients to make dad happy—a stellar steak menu and a sleek setting that's just a little bit trendy. We recommend the 30-ounce bone-in rib eye or the 48-ounce porterhouse for two on dad's special day. 112 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, 305-532-8112

Treat dad to a round of golf at Trump National Doral Miami and a meal at the new BLT Prime steakhouse, which boasts an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the famed Blue Monster golf course. The porterhouse is the most popular dish on the menu, but Father's Day brings a 16-ounce T-bone steak blackboard special ($42). Dads who order the special will take home a sample of the special spice blend used by the steakhouse. 4400 N.W. 87th Ave., Miami, 305-592-2000

Another spot for golfing dads, Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle is known for its award-winning duck fat fries with seasonings and sauces that change daily. Dad can nosh on rosemary-herb fries with a spicy ketchup or smoked paprika fries with Michael Mina's barbecue sauce before tucking into a steak cooked on a wood-burning grill at the center of the restaurant. The Japanese and American Wagyu are the top picks, and dads get a gratis glass of wine on Father's Day. 19999 West Country Club Dr., Aventura, 786-279-6600
