New Year’s Eve at The Forge: The elder statesman of Miami fine dining is hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner and dancing fête that's not to be missed. Dine at either the three-course 6 p.m. seating ($95 per person) or four-course 8 p.m. slot with party favors, including unlimited Veuve Clicquot ($390 per person). The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach Goes Nautical: Oceanfront DiLido Beach Club at The Ritz Carlton, South Beach has launched a Saturday series called Nautical Nights, taking place from 6 to 10 p.m. every week. The all-you-can-eat buffet affair ($59 per person) boasts everything from pork buns and fish and chips to a “wrecked” raw bar formed from a hollowed-out sailboat.
