Exclusive First Look: Hakkasan Summer Menu

Hakkasan, the acclaimed fine dining destination nestled on the Fontainebleau's fourth floor, has released new menu items for the summer season. Senior sous chef Chee Ping Chang's new dishes are masterfully presented, capturing both the elegance of the restaurant's ambiance and a well balanced mix of traditional and modern Chinese flavors. With options ranging from refined vegetable dishes to seafood, beef, duck and chicken, we especially like the light and tangy green salad with ginger and plum dressing. A tender black truffle roasted duck is also not to be missed, or for a truly light summer dish, try the steamed red snapper with lily flower and mushrooms. Other new menu items include a stir-fried venison with ginger and leek and appetizers like Peking duck with Petrossian caviar and Jasmine tea smoked short ribs, among others.
