Is This Miami's Most Luxurious Burger?

The $65 Bâoli Burger is Miami's most expensive burger.
The all-American burger is moving up the food chain at a fast clip. Catering to our appetite for white tablecloth burgers (ones which pair better with a nice cabernet than a beer or milkshake), Bâoli is the latest restaurant to elevate the backyard classic. Added to the menu this week, this Kobe beef behemoth checks in at $65, making it Miami's most expensive burger. What's in it? Starting with a baked-in-house brioche bun, executive chef Gustavo Vertone builds the sandwich with a slow-cooked, extra juicy Kobe beef patty, seared Canadian foie gras, shaved black truffles, heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, truffle mayo, and a fried egg. The Bâoli Burger is served with the restaurant's popular truffle fries. But if you're feeling extra gluttonous you can also crowd the table with the spot's other truffled specialties: a truffle mac and cheese and a truffle risotto made in a parmesan wheel. If you fancy a cocktail with your burger, bar manager Greg O'Sullivan recommends the Carrot Couture, a slick mix of Maker's Mark bourbon, organic carrot juice, lemon juice, and agave. 1906 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, 305-674-8822
