Tongue & Cheek Launches Guest Chef Series: Top Chef alum Lindsay Autry will share the kitchen with Tongue & Cheek chef Jamie DeRosa as part of the restaurant's first monthly "Kitchen Collab" guest chef series on Wednesday, September 25 at 7 p.m. The five-course feast ($75 per person) will continue in October with Clay Conley and in November with Paula DaSilva. 431 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, 305-704-2900
New Miami Spice Menus: As September ushers in new seasonal ingredients, Miami Spice participating restaurants are switching up their menu offerings. Among the new additions is a squash terrine at The Dutch, seared scallops with roasted pine nuts at The Bazaar, a prime beef tartare at Gotham Steak, and a polenta-crusted cheesecake at Scarpetta.

Panther Coffee Expanding to MiMo: Eater Miami reported that Panther Coffee will open a new location in Miami's Upper East Side in 2014. Marking the coffee shop's third opening in just three years, the café will take root inside the forthcoming MiMo Place (6405 Biscayne Blvd.).
