Bamboo
Located within the renovated Paris Theatre, Bamboo features superior entertainment technology and sleek, modern Gatsby-style décor. The venue boasts a state-of-the-art hydraulic and LED stage, a behemoth crystal chandelier, and posh white leather VIP seating. Bamboo plans to mix European-inspired parties with theatrical burlesque and cabaret performances, giving night owls a one-of-a-kind experience. 550 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, 305-695-4770

Gavanna
Nightlife returns to the Design District with the birth of Gavanna, an indoor-outdoor dance lounge situated in the old Grass and The King is Dead space. Despite only being open on weekends, Gavanna’s “I’m Friends With The Owner,” Saturday soirée is bringing fresh faces into the District. 10 NE 40th St., Miami, 305-573-1321

Queen Lounge
This intimate mixology bar and gastro-lounge has locked in some serious culinary and cocktail talent. At the bar and back of the house helms are famed mixologist Tommy Merolla—known for his work at the Delano and Mondrian—and chef Matthew Goldberg, who was last at Wynwood’s Cafeina. Queen’s carefully crafted cocktails list ingredients like cinnamon-honey and tobacco bitters, while the small plates menu tempts with goat cheese and jamón truffles, ahi tuna sashimi, and more. 841 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, 305-397-8056
