Paladas will bring Latin comfort food and 50 types of rum to Hallandale Beach in November

This New World Symphony-adjacent eatery has already started serving up sumptuous American fare—plump meatballs, grade-A steaks, and house-smoked salmon salad, to name a few—but what we're really anticipating is its vast gourmet market and delicacy superstore. Machiya Midtown
Opens on Monday, October 15
Authentic ramen (read: not the stuff you ate in college) is about slow-cooked pork and miso broth, slightly al dente noodles, and tender char siu pork medallions. Machiya is looking to bring that and more to Miami with its Japanese soul food concept. Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar
Opens in November
New restaurant Paladar will bring Latin comfort food and more than 50 rum varieties to the Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach this November. Paladar’s multi-regional menu is laced with the flavors of Cuba, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.
