Friday Barbecues at db Bistro Moderne: Every Friday beginning July 12, chef Matthieu Godard will serve barbecue on db's terrace. Specialties like hickory smoked chicken legs and sugarcane grilled shrimp will be served from 5 to 8 p.m., in tandem with happy hour. Tosca Debuts Sunday Brunch: From noon to 5 p.m., the elegant eatery now boasts bottomless Champagne, fresh squeezed juices, and unlimited crostinis. As for the à la carte brunch menu, you'll find upgraded classics like a grilled wagyu skirt steak with eggs and a ricotta cheesecake-filled French toast. Bocca Bar Slated for Fall: Samba Brands Management will introduce modern Italian eatery Bocca Bar to Midtown Miami later this year. Sugarcane's Tim Balloo will head the kitchen while Richard Woods mans the bar program. Expect crudos, house-made pastas, and fresh breads alongside beloved Italian staples.
Biscayne Tavern Belgian Beer Dinner: Hit downtown's newest gastro-haunt on Wednesday, July 17 (7-9 p.m.) for a Belgian-inspired prix fixe supper. Priced at $45 per person, the three-course meal features deviled eggs shrimp dynamite matched with an Ommegang Double White Limited Release and carbonade flamande beef stew with potatoes, mustard, and mushrooms.
