Soul Food Rickshaw for Sitting by Theaster Gates
As the vice president of arts for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Dennis Scholl mans the organization's national arts programming, including the Knight Arts Challenge and Random Acts of Culture. A man of many talents, Scholl has won multiple Emmys for producing, directing, and writing arts documentaries and is also noted for his continued contributions to the Guggenheim Museum, Tate Modern, and Miami Art Museum. With such a busy and diverse arts season blossoming, we asked Scholl is to give us his list of most anticipated cultural events.
