Everything's New at The Social Club

There's much to discover at the newly remodeled Social Club inside the Surfcomber Hotel. In addition to the eclectic new décor, a new cocktail menu and revamped gastro-fare menu have been installed. Think a full sensory makeover, with Bahamian conch tacos and frothy Cuban rum cocktails served under bubble chandeliers. Bar chef Chad Phillips took a culinary approach to crafting the spot's fresh new cocktails. We're particularly intrigued by The New Cuban (above) and the 28 Days Later, made with four top-shelf rums, grapefruit, passion fruit, and grenadine. Phillips has also implemented a house barrel-aged bourbon program—but pours are limited, so it's first come, first serve. Those looking for a post-work watering hole can stop by The Social Club's daily "Punch the Clock" happy hour (5-8 p.m.), offering specials on Phillips' signature pisco punch, as well as $5 microbrews, wines, and bar bites.
