New Champagne Cocktails at Meat Market

Meat Market's La Poire cocktail 

A new trio of Champagne cocktails has landed on Meat Market's drink menu. The first, Le Poire ($14), combines Xanté Pear Cognac, Domaine De Canton French Ginger Liqueur, and fresh pear. The second and third limited-edition cocktails were created as a nod to Dom Ruinart's appointment as the official Champagne of Art Basel Miami Beach 2012. The Garden of France ($19) mixes candied carrot purée with bay leaf syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters, and Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, while the aptly named Basel 75 ($25) dons Bombay Dry Gin, lemon juice, cinnamon-raisin syrup, and Ruinart Blanc de Blanc. For those looking to pair bubbly with bites, Meat Market recommends boozy plates like fresh oysters with yuzu truffle mignonette, atomic horseradish, and habañero sauce or a sweet miso Chimay shrimp cocktail. 915 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 305-532-0088
