Pop-Up Restaurant Preview: Eating House

You may have caught Miami’s own chef Giorgio Rapicavoli winning big on the Food Network’s Chopped. If you missed his dazzling demonstration of culinary skill, fret not: You can pay him a visit at his new pop-up restaurant Eating House, which debuts in February. The temporary restaurant is calling Coral Gables home and will be located inside Cafe Ponce. Expect a revolving menu of local ingredients and creative thinking. According to Rapicavoli, the “menu will change daily according to what we are buying that day. The menu will [consist of] about twelve to fifteen dishes and a few desserts.” So far we’re enticed by the menu, and look forward to what appears to be a winning formula.
