Special Full Moon Menu at La Côte
September 28, 2012 | by —LIANA LOZADA | Homepage
This weekend, Fontainebleau's La Côte restaurant invites diners to bask in the light of the full moon with a special “Once in a Bleau Moon” menu. Set in a cabana with private butler service and ocean views, the romantic four-course dinner is light yet indulgent, with dishes like octopus confit with citrus, fennel, and watermelon; a king crab, oyster, and prawn filled seafood platter; grouper with warm Champagne vinaigrette; and lobster thermidor topping the menu. Nutella beignets and a milk chocolate shake make for a whimsical end to the moonlit meal. The Bleau Moon menu will be served through Saturday night, from 6 to 9 p.m. Don’t worry if you miss out this weekend, the menu will return each month with the cycle of the full moon. 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 877-326-7412
