French actor Olivier Martinez may be newly engaged to Halle Berry, but he is not one to rest on his laurels. In a few weeks, Martinez and hospitality and lifestyle entrepreneurs Jean-Philippe Bernard and Michael Martin will open Villa Azur Restaurant & Lounge. "The design of Villa Azur is absolutely breathtaking and I am very excited to be joining my friends and business partners in opening a restaurant in Miami, which is one of my favorite cities in the world,” said Martinez. As for the menu, the sexy French actor promises a taste of the South of France with dishes such as penne rigate with vodka and caviar créme sauce; veal filet mignon stuffed with artichokes, smoky scamorza cheese, and confit tomatoes; and nutella mousse. 309 23rd St., Miami Beach
