The Flying Trapeze School
After a summer hiatus, The Flying Trapeze School is back at Bayfront Park. Beginners will learn the mechanics of a proper swing and dismount while getting a killer upper body workout. Classes take place from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and on weekends from 4 to 6 p.m. Individual classes are $50 each plus a one-time, annual registration fee of $10. 301 N. With a live DJ, strobing lights, and pounding EDM beats, LazerFitness is an aerobic dance class that recreates Miami's signature mega-club experience. Classes take place at Grand Central. 697 N. MiamI Ave., 305-377-2277
Sky Zone Miami
This indoor trampoline park offers high-energy activities with a carefree attitude. Stop by for a high-flying, SkyRobics or boot camp course.
