Exhale Spa at EPIC Hotel

Get toned at the EPIC Hotel's Exhale Spa.

Core Fusion at Exhale Spa

Exhale Spa at the EPIC Hotel offers some of the most challenging core classes around town, targeting all of those trouble spots with dance-inspired moves. One of our top picks is the 60-minute Core Fusion barre class, which focuses on toning your abs, legs, arms, and glutes with moves that might even make a ballerina cringe. But trust us—it's worth it. The stunning views of downtown and the bay don't hurt either. 270 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami, 305-423-3900

Spin Under the Full Moon at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne

Every full moon, take your spin class alfresco at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Who says you can't work hard and play hard, too? 1545 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-604-5700

Beach Boot Camp at W Fort Lauderdale

Bootcamp is tough enough, but throw in the summer heat, sand, and former pro athlete Ameer Riley and you have a surefire way to stay slim. On Tuesdays and Saturdays at 8 a.m., the W hosts Shred Beach Boot Camp, a 60-minute class that does just what its name suggests—shred fat and shed calories—with a combo of strength conditioning, core training, and yoga. How to Wear White After Labor Day

August 28, 2014 | by Tricia Carr

Ignore the rule; now you can wear white after Labor Day with our fall fashion picks.

White blazer.

Crepe Sable Flyaway Jacket, Chloé ($2,575). Barneys New York, 832 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-421-2010

We found a light blazer that Miami women can wear this fall—in their air-conditioned office or as the temps start to slightly drop

Sleeveless dress shirt.

Pique Sleeveless Shirt, Barbara Bui ($570). Intermix, 634 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-531-5950

When fall hits, structured pieces are back to replace your breezy, summery outfits. (But it's Miami—keep those pieces around for nights and weekends.) This sleeveless collared shirt looks clean-cut on its own or as a shell.

White jumpsuit.

Inger Jumpsuit ($178). Marciano, 904 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 305-604-7994

Talk about simple fashion. Slip on this tailored jumpsuit and you're set for a morning meeting, a causal business lunch, and happy hour.

White pencil skirt.

Raffia Skirt, Josie Natori ($395). natori.com

The pencil skirt is especially on-trend this fall. Make yours white hot with this fitted Josie Natori number, made even more stylish with a high-low hem.

White brogues.

Fred Python Flat Brogue, Christian Louboutin ($1,195). Barneys New York, 832 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-421-2010

We promise the menswear-for-women trend isn't going anywhere, so invest in these python brogues by shoemaster Christian Louboutin for days when you need a break from your heels.

Fendi shopper.

2Jours Medium Shopper, Fendi ($2,350). Saks Fifth Avenue, Bal Harbour Shops, 9700 Collins Ave., 305-865-1100

Every woman should treat herself to a new carry-all for fall. Why not stand out from the crowd with the sleek, milk-white version of Fendi's 2Jours shopper?
