With shops in L.A., New York, and San Francisco, Curve Soleil landed on Collins Avenue this weekend with a 2,000 square-foot pop-up shop. Fans of the boutique chain are familiar with its selection of emerging contemporary designers, as well as established labels like Balmain, Helmut Lang, and Versace. Founder Nevena Borissova's fashion philosophy favors style and substance over fleeting trends. A 15 year vet of the fashion business, she's worked worked with Missoni and the British Fashion Council. "I’m so excited for this new Miami chapter for Curve,” says Borissova. “This is my favorite pocket of the city. I think we’ll be very happy here!” The pop-up will continue for six months, at which point Curve will move into its permanent location in the same building. 2000 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-532-6722
