Tucked away from the bustling streets of South Beach, the terrace bar at Vesper feels like a neighborhood secret. With just one bartender (charming, of course) the intimate watering hole seats ten, at most, and is perfect for a night of casual conversation, cocktails, and maybe some truffle fries. And if you want to light up a cigar, go right ahead.
When Vesper reopened its doors with a new menu and chef in October, it debuted five new signature cocktails by mixologist Teddy Collins. Imbued with tropical flavors that complement the bar’s nautical atmosphere, drinks pack fresh banana, mango, and lychee—but none are overly sweet.
