Set in an all-glass building on South Beach, the new 1826 Restaurant serves up contemporary American cuisine with a seasonal focus. MMichelin-starred chef Danny Grant incorporates local ingredients into his beautifully crafted dishes, such as the foie gras pavé with strawberry, young onion, and St. Germain and the grilled short rib with Jerusalem artichoke, Meyer lemon, and Brussels sprouts. Diners can get their Mexican fix on the beach at Ralph Pagano’s new eatery, Naked Taco, taking the place of Serafina at Dream South Beach. The menu features a selection of traditional Mexican fare and street-food style sharable dishes. Tacos range from Korean barbecue short rib to Key West shrimp and green eggs and ham, and a margarita here is a must. The Delano’s Italian eatery has added a new crop of dishes to its lunch and dinner menu with lunch-size portions of rigatoni, ciabatta chicken Milanese, beef carpaccio grande with Gorgonzola polenta and petite filet mignon.
