It seems our cultural entertainment is back sliding—but in a good way. The exciting weekend past time of families, friend groups and lovey-dovey teenagers in the 50s and 60s has once again escalated in popularity as we adjust to our new "socially-distant" normal. Check out these three drive-in theaters for a responsible outing.
Hard Rock Stadium
The brand new drive-in stadium experience at Hard Rock Stadium allows visitors to experience the space in a completely new way—on the field. Choose from two viewing options: a stadium spot, where you can watch the feature film safely from your car or assigned tailgate space, or grab a spot in the Open Air Theater just outside the stadium and delivered by attendants in appropriate PPE. Movies up next? Meet the Parents, the Lego Movie and Beetlejuice are on the docket. $39 per car, @hardrockstadium
Dezerland
The past May, Indoor Attraction Dezerland Park traded it's indoor fun for some outdoor options. The outdoor area has been completely transformed into a functioning drive-in theater with plans to air movie classics and hot summer hits, as well as providing car-to-car food truck deliveries. Mr. Dezer, creator of Dezerland, has long had a passion for cars, so it only seemed natural for him to give back to his community through creating a safe environment for fun and entertainment. $30 per car, @dezerlandpark
Wynwood Cinema
Enjoy Miami's first and only boutique drive-in theater Carpool Cinema Wynwood Cinema. Carpool Cinema invites vehicles to arrive first-come-first-serve, rain or shine to partake in some old-school mvoies, such as "The Lost World Jurassic Park" and "The Goonies," which are both playing this week. Dine on an exclusive food menu from local Wynwood favorites incluing Vandalo Wynwood and The Dirty Burgers. Guests are asked to stay in their vehicles at all time, and masks are required for all to stay and feel safe. $30 per car, @carpoolcinemawynwood
