321 at Water's Edge has the opportunity to own an online advertising & sponsored content program on OceanDrive.com. For two months, content on a custom-built landing page will showcase different aspects of 321 at Water's Edge, with a focus on the building/architecture, amentities, the residences, investment opportunities, as well as the lifestyle that comes with the area and building.

The program will serve to generate buzz and awareness for 321 at Water's Edge among our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the brand's website and ultimately increasing leads.

 

PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY

Digital Program Overview

Ocean Drive will work in consultation with 321 at Water's Edge to create and promote engaging online content. The program will consist of 6 elements:

1. Sponsored Content

Ocean Drive will produce custom content relating to 321 at Water's Edge. Our online editors will work closely with your team to develop topics that are in line with your marketing goals and objectives. Possible topics could include (but are not limited to):  

- "Miami Real Estate Preview: 321 at Water's Edge"  
- "Why 321 at Water's Edge Should Be On Your List For 2017 Investments"  
- "Life on the Water: 321 at Water's Edge" 
- "The Amazing Amenities at 321 at Water's Edge" 

Ocean Drive will ensure that the content that resonates with your target audience, while still being timely and relevant to our readers. All sponsored content will be wrapped with 321 at Water's Edge display ads (same 4 sizes as listed in ROS Advertising, below). All sponsored content will also contain custom CTA linking to 321 at Water's Edge website, and be given prime placement on the homepage rotator on oceandrive.com.

2. Custom Landing Page

All sponsored content will be further promoted on a custom-built landing page (right). This landing page will be promoted on the homepage rotator of oceandrive.com, as well as be used as a central 'hub' for all content when being used in social or email promotions. 

3. Dedicated Email Blast

321 at Water's Edge will receive dedicated e-blasts sent to Ocean Drive's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. These e-blasts can be used to promote online sponsored content, or serve as general advertising specific to 321 at Water's Edge. Ocean Drive is also able to provide a data-share option, where 321 at Water's Edge is provided with the email addresses of all subscribers who click on the dedicated e-blast, for the purpose of lead generation and follow up.

4. Social Media Promotion

Ocean Drive will promote 321 at Water's Edge to our engaged followers via our social media channels. Content can be determined after consultation between 321 at Water's Edge & Ocean Drive content editors.

5. Monthly e-Newsletter Promotion

Ocean Drive will promote 321 at Water's Edge via our monthly e-newsletters. Content can be determined after consultation between 321 at Water's Edge & Ocean Drive content editors, but can mirror what is used in the dedicated email blast. 

6. ROS Advertising

Ocean Drive will provide 321 at Water's Edge ROS advertising, at 33% SOV (970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions)

Tier 1 - $10,000

- 4 weeks of sponsored content (4 sponsored content pieces, each running for 1 week and receiving prime placement in the oceandrive.com homepage rotator) 
- Custom landing page for the duration of the program
- 2 dedicated email blasts, to be activated at any time during the program duration
- 3 sponsored Instagram posts   
- 3 sponsored Twitter posts  
- 3 sponsored Facebook posts  
- 1 spot in Ocean Drive monthly newsletter
