The Missoni Family Cookbook ($50, Assouline) compiles the Missonis’ culinary tradition displayed along with candid family photos and notes from familiar guests at their house parties such as fashion photographer Mario Testino.
The Council of Fashion Designers of America in partnership with more than 100 renowned designers shares recipes in American Fashion Cookbook ($45, Assouline). With a foreword by Martha Stewart, the publication shows the colorful and creative personalities of acclaimed designers through their recipes, which include Carolina Herrera's pommes toupinel, Marc Ecko's "Adults Only" Chocolate Chip Cookies and Derek Lam's yellowtail crudo.
The New York-based luxury store collected 100 recipes from its in-store restaurant BG in the Bergdorf Goodman Cookbook ($35, HarperCollins). The recipe book also includes the favorite dishes of world-known creatives such as Tabitha Simmons, Bobbi Brown and Kelly Wearstler. From cocktails to entrees, the cookbook showcases recipes for every occasion such as BG’s Gotham Salad and lobster napoleon, along with anecdotes from the restaurant and contributors.

With Christian Dior’s interest in gourmet food in mind, Dior released La Cuisine Cousu-Main (Free, Dior Press), which shares the designer’s favorite recipes, including poached eggs à la pompadour and stuffed chicken with fromage blanc.
The accoladed American designer brings his confident and effortless fashion aesthetic to the kitchen in his cookbook, More Than Our Bellies ($35, We Folk). The publication, which was originally released last year, now is available in a digital version on Apple Books. The brand will be donating $10 of every sale to City Harvest, an organization feeding New Yorkers at risk during the pandemic.
The Project Runway judge shows he enjoys spending time in the kitchen in his publication Cooking with Zac: Recipes From Rustic to Refined: A Cookbook ($35, Rodale). Posen, who is a self-taught chef, grew up in a food connoisseur family and drew inspiration from his culturally rich upbringing in New York to create his recipes.
