The beautiful estate sits on almost 2-acres of waterfront land, giving breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and Port of Miami.
According to the listing, the home has 9 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms, across 14,785 square-feet of interior space.

After 124 days on the market, the home had finally sold to its new and lucky buyers. According to sources, the house was initially listed for $80 Million when it first hit the market in August, just $5 Million above the final sale price.
This sale comes on the heels of a huge year for the Miami real estate market, where the city is still dealing with skyrocketing home sale prices and vast migration.
The seller of 8 Star Island Drive is widely known as Lourdes Sanjenis, who was represented by Elizabeth Lima of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. The buyer remains undisclosed but is represented by Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group with Coldwell Banker Realty Florida.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty put out a statement on their website, congratulating the team on the great success. This sale broke a lot of records for everyone involved, and The Jills Zeder Group expressed that this was a record sale for the team, who just surpassed $2 Billion in sales for 2021 on December 10.
Star Island is one of the most sought-after locations in Miami Beach, just minutes away from all Miami attractions, while having its own island oasis. The island is known for its celebrity appeal, with past and current residents including Gloria Estefan, Madonna, Don Johnson, Thalia, Sean “P” Diddy Combs, Sylvester Stallone, Lenny Kravitz, Will Smith, Rosie O’Donnell and Shaquille O’Neal.
