Omakase at The Den is usually reserved for a small group in an intimate room. Now, chef Yasu Tanaka is taking the experience outdoors. What’s more, he is giving guests the option to have the experience in the comfort of their own home. Omakase To-Go is a chef’s selection of nigiri, seasonal sashimi, a selection of cold dishes, and wagyu and uni bara chirashi. As always, chef Tanaka places an emphasis on authenticity and fresh ingredients. Additional items from the Azabu menu (available to go and not to be missed): skirt steak toban with sweet onions and yuzu kosho butter, corn kakiage and chicken teriyaki with sweet tare and crispy Brussels sprouts.
