Toronto- and Miami-based hospitality powerhouse INK Entertainment is embarking on a mission, set to grace Miami with five new hospitality concepts that are sure to enhance the city’s ever-growing culinary scene with the group’s North America expansion. The first of the bunch, Meet Dalia, has made its grand debut, representing a beautiful amalgamation of Miami, the Mediterranean and the prolific art deco history of its location.

Nestled along the historic Ocean Drive, the eatery features indoor and outdoor seating and a menu that delights with fresh ingredients, seasonal fare and powerful flavors that will transport diners to the cherished seaside destinations of the Mediterranean. Journey through dishes of both land and sea, with classics like branzino, presented in a beautiful flaky crust, to the expertly grilled Colorado lamb chops.

Sample classic Mediterranean platters like baba ghanouj or tzatziki dipped with crispy wood-fired pita, or explore the freshest seafood varieties with a colossal tower of shrimp, oysters and lobster. For vegetarian or gluten-free dishes, opt for the savory green tahini and buttermilk-dressed roasted cauliflower or oyster mushroom skewer garnished in avocado puree, sumac gremolata and cilantro. End on a sweet note with Meet Dalia’s take on classic Mediterranean treats, like the coconut galaktoboureko or chocolate baklava.

To round out the experience, Navigate Design curated a breathy and fresh interior palette featuring the vibrant colors of the coastal seaboard. Complete with lush greenery, large-scale outdoor furnishings and lavish light fixtures, guests are greeted with a romantic ambiance that will welcome both visitors and locals alike to indulge in an expertly curated dining experience.
