Ocean Drive connects with the affluent and the aspirational socially sophisticated resident and visitor, through a format that’s uniquely fast-paced, modern, edgy, uber-local and highly relevant. 


Loews Miami Beach Hotel has the opportunity to own an online advertising & sponsored content program on oceandrive.com. For one month, sponsored content & a dedicated email marketing campaign will promote Loews Miami Beach Hotel. All content will contain custom call-to-action linking to Loews Miami Beach Hotel's website, and will be pushed through Ocean Drive's extensive social & email marketing channels.

The program will serve to generate buzz and awareness for Loews Miami Beach Hotel among our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the brand's website and ultimately increasing reservations.


Program Overview 

Ocean Drive will work in consultation with Loews Miami Beach Hotel to create and promote engaging online content. The program will run for 1 months (timing TBD). The program will consist of 7 elements:

1. Sponsored Content

Ocean Drive will produce custom content relating to Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Our online editors will work closely with your team to develop topics that are in line with your marketing goals and objectives. Possible topics could include (but are not limited to):  

- Loews Miami Beach: A Look Inside One of Miami's Best Hotels 
- Why Your Next Stay in Miami Should Be at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel 

Ocean Drive will ensure that the content that resonates with your target audience, while still being timely and relevant to our readers. 

2. Dedicated email blast

Loews Miami Beach Hotel will receive (1) one dedicated e-blasts sent to Ocean Drive's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. These e-blasts can be used to promote Loews Miami Beach Hotel, in particular any specials/deals that could be afforded to Ocean Drive subscribers (which typically increases engagement). Dedicated e-blasts can be activated at any point during the campaign duration. All dedicated e-blasts will receive full analytics tracking, and can have up to 5 subject lines be A/B tested to maximize impressions.

3. Custom Travel e-Newsletter

Ocean Drive will promote Loews Miami Beach Hotel via a custom travel e-newsletter. Content will consist of travel content produced on oceandrive.com, with Loews Miami Beach Hotel being afforded all advertising units. 

4. Monthly e-Newsletter Promotion

Ocean Drive will promote Loews Miami Beach Hotel via our monthly e-newsletters. Content can be determined after consultation between Loews Miami Beach Hotel & Ocean Drive content editors, but can be a replica of the dedicated email blast. Alternatively, content can be general advertising. 

5. Social Media Promotion

Ocean Drive will promote Loews Miami Beach Hotel to our engaged followers via our social media channels. Content can be determined after consultation between Loews Miami Beach Hotel & Ocean Drive content editors. Ocean Drive will also use social media channels to promote event opportunities, tagging Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

6. ROS Advertising

Ocean Drive will provide Loews Miami Beach Hotel with 1 month ROS advertising, at 33%-100% SOV. 

7. Pop Up Ads

Ocean Drive will provide Loews Miami Beach Hotel with 1 month pop-up advertising, on the homepage of oceandrive.com, at 100% SOV.
