The 329-unit property is the first condominium from the revered NoMad Hotels. The residences are located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, Miami's cultural and creative capital, and people are already in line to be a part of it. NoMad Residences has been meticulously designed in collaboration with globally recognized partners DesignAgency and Arquitectonica. The design intends to embrace and reflect its prolific surroundings through thoughtful curation of architecture, interiors, art, and cuisine. People are rightfully excited as nearly 50 percent of units to date are now under reservation, and conversions are expected to begin in early September.
“The NoMad Residences Wynwood places buyers in the heart of the nation’s hottest neighborhood and immerses them in a vibrant energy that’s unlike anything else on the market," said Jon Paul Pérez, President of Related Group. “It’s been amazing to see that investors and sophisticated, well-traveled buyers alike share our passion for the NoMad brand, with the high demand exactly what we hoped for when we first launched. We look forward to a swift sell-out.”
In the spirit of the rapid pace of sales, the development team recently released the first interior renderings of the property. The images showcase the robust amenity package offered by NoMad Hotels and DesignAgency, including a signature NoMad Bar. Residents can enjoy the fresh air atop a rooftop concept that has borrowed design inspiration from the iconic aesthetics of Miami and New York, defined by lush tropical greenery and striking statement pieces. Feel the breeze next to a pair of colossal brass flamingos that are ready to welcome guests into the space. Make some room for visitors as the bar will be open to the public and feature curations from one of the world’s leading mixologists and James Beard Award winner, Leo Robitschek. Robitschek is a partner of Sydell Group and the visionary behind the original and iconic NoMad Bar, which has been ranked the number one bar in North America in 2017.
“This project has united the best of the best across several industries – development, hospitality, food, and beverage, as well as architectural and interior design,” said Tricap Principal David Edelstein. “Together, we are building something all of Miami can be proud of. We couldn’t be more excited to give our buyers a glimpse at their future lifestyle.”
Following NoMad’s rich tradition of consciously integrated lifestyle offerings, guests can enjoy a plethora of amenities at The Residences. Residents can grab a drink from the bar and relax by a full-service pool and sundeck lined with private resort-style cabanas. If you’re looking to sweat it out, guests can take advantage of the state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness lounge, ending the workout with a healing cold plunge ice bath. Other highlights include a card room, a grilling area, and an outdoor cinema. Residents and the surrounding community are treated to a renowned Casa Tua Cucina on the ground floor. This expansive open-kitchen concept offers simple yet stunning Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The list doesn’t stop there: 24-hour valet parking, concierge service, building security, two grand lobbies, smart climate control, private storage, and wireless check-in and access are additional features residents can take advantage of. For art lovers, the walls throughout the premises are adorned with carefully curated, museum-quality artwork from the Jorge M Pérez Collection. Patrons also don’t have to succumb to the stress of rental restrictions as they will be granted flexible ownership.
The units are furnished by NoMad and DesignAgency, ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Bright and spacious, they are defined by their floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, open layouts, modern kitchens outfitted with Bosch appliances, imported Italian-designed cabinetry and woodwork, sleek stone countertops and brass fixtures, spa showers, and private balconies. The rooms are where modern and vintage unite; hand-picked pieces feature bold pops of color that contrast among the light, neutral tones of the walls and fixtures.
It will be hard to be bored living here, as The Residences offer it all. Just miles from Miami’s downtown and alluring sand beaches, residents have the opportunity to live and play in the center of the Magic City. If you don’t want to go too far, the vibrant art community of Wynwood is your neighborhood, boasting over 70 art galleries, luxury boutiques, five-star restaurants, and the famous Wynwood Walls.
