Inspired by a nautical voyage along the Pacific coast, Agua Bendita’s newest collection debuted at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, presenting the perfect staycation vibes for every fashion lover's closet.

“The Pacífico Collection is full of handcrafted details, hand-drawn illustrations made by our in-house team, new printing and fabric techniques, eco fibers and new silhouettes,” shares Catalina Alvarez and Mariana Hinestroza, the founders of Agua Bendita. “It’s always very exciting to see how every collection we launch differentiates from the rest.”

Broken down into three “stops,” the collection reflects on the Japanese Gardens, the Hawaiian surf and Japanese hot springs Each location is paired with a signature scent, geranium, ylang ylang and mint.

“The collection is the album of compositions that illustrates the different states of art explored at each stop that is represented by each drop, seeking to create a surreal story and loaded with visual richness for this resort season,” notes the two founders.

Inspired by the Japanese Gardens, these designs reflect the philosophical and religious perspective and tradition regarding the eternity of the soul and nature. The Java designs pull inspiration from Hawaii and the flowing paradise of the summer sun. The designs are a collection of retro-inspired and iconic surf styles with patterns that mimic the Hawaiian landscape. The last element of the collection is Kaaw features a romantic touch of the 60s and 70s with eclectic and trendy pieces.

The Mayfair House Hotel & Garden kicked off its opening weekend with an intimate runway show debuting the Agua Bendita’s Resort 2023 collection. Alvarez shares the hotel was a perfect location for the launch thanks to the share synchronicity and unique looks.

“It was the perfect match from the beginning. The hotel looks just like our collection,” both women share. “Full of nature, art, unique designs, patterns and forms. We love Miami, its Latin heritage that aligns with our roots. We are incredibly happy to launch our new collection the same day the hotel opened its doors.”
